As most of you know, I am taking a one year leave of absence from UMD to pursue my PhD in Psychology and work on my other business ventures. Things are moving quickly and it's been a blast. Our new restaurant, Tycoons, is now open in the historic downtown Duluth. If you are visiting Duluth, you have to come check it out. It is over-the-top.

We are soon to re-opened Evolve Duluth. Hot Yoga, Spin Classes, Boot Camps and adventure travel. Located below Tycoons in the Old CIty Hall building, this rustic little work out gym is simply a cool damn place. I am teaching there a few times a week and I know folks are going to love it.
